#18 Supporting node health check?

While i am suppporting engineer, with quite complex
intranet/internet environment, I want to search a
extreme flexible DNS server to hand over my pc dns
client to get correct answer in any environment.

some zone is in local environment, some zone is
intranet need intranet dns server, but while I dialup
vpn I need to use different dns ip for dns query. and
when I am in home, i need to use another isp dns ip to
access outside.

So could add forward node health check to posadis,
then if the forwarding node is alive then it could be
serve for query and deleted from forwarding list if
dead dynamically.
