#7 Additional option to change listener port

I would see it as useful to be able to change the
listener port to another then 1723. E.g. when using a
NAT firewall and the incoming port 1723 is already in
use by another tunnel.
An easy way would be to add this functionality to the
"listen" option:
listen IP[:PORT]
