    The headers always change and PF can't seem to make any more of the gibberish in the body than I can so training hasn't been very effective.

      I receive spam that looks a lot like this. I have determined that it is using a japanese character set (charset="iso-2022-jp" and POPFile is properly classifying these messages for me into my "foreign_language" bucket.
