With this input Popeye checks the following moves:
1 c7-c8=D
2 c7-c8=S=L
3 c7-c8=T=D
4 c7-c8=L=T
5 c7b8=D=T
6 c7b8=S=B
7 c7b8=T=L +
8 c7b8=L=S

But I think it should only check two moves
1 c8(S)#
2 c7*b8

The definition of reversaleinstein says (from Strategems)
...A white Pawn on its 7th rank cannot promote by moving to its 8th rank. If it captures it remain an immobilized Pawn on its 8th rank. If it moves without capturing it ‘grows’ into a Knight on its 8th rank....
