#2 Quicknet card driver has bugs

Unable to call out using quicknet fxs. Reason due to
function parse_gain_value in file chan_phone.c

to solve problem, patch with the given patch file.

Two fixes:

chan_phone cannot work, function parse_gain_value was wrong
in chan_phon.e

chan_h323 face possible null pointer, because h323_hangup
function ASTDN staements in the wrong place above label
hangup.
