#38 web2FTP access

I'd like to have a web based FTP-client, which allows
to up/download, edit, rename, delete, chmod, etc files
at any (i.e. not only my own server) FTP-site. A
secure FTP might be nice, too.
This is useful and helpful tool for yourself and your
members, if you are travelling and don't have a FTP-
client at hand.
I already found a webmail clien at
http://www.duskyblue.net which serves a similar
purpose for emails.
