#1377 unwanted scan, and parse exception, in mysql file

I'm running pmd eclipse plugin with java ruleset from eclipse plugin on a project that happens to have a *.sql file generated by mysql's workbench which includes back quotes.

How to turn-off sql file parsing? Its not listed in the ruleset file.

I cannot change the file because it is a generated file. mysql itself can run the file.
