#42 Show Dublin Core "Description" on field edit form

Some description of a field is very useful.
E.g. why do we have this display field which just shows the value of another field on the document?
Perhaps the display field is used on a form used by users who should not edit the value.
A note to this effect right on the field itself would be very useful
I think the Description property is a good place to put it, but hidden in the "Metadata" schemata no one will look at it.
