#1 Folder name for configuration settings

Currently, The user.config file for this program exists at "C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Application Data\ZippySoft\PlaneDisaster.exe_StrongName_ff4ww4qpx50v5muk0opmsaf2hnvdd2ge\0.9.0.0".

I would like to change the last part to ZippySoft\PlaneDisaster.exe\. I'm not sure how, except it has to of course do with the System.Configuration assembly.
