#318 ICD want program correctly

Hello.
If I program my code with my ICD2 clone I get the advice that the PIC is programmed succseful, but the PIC (18F4420) want run the program. If I program the code compiled with PIKLAB using MPLAB IDE the program runs.
It seems to be that PIKLAB ignorese the CONFIG settings.

My distron is:
