#1 encrypt() conflicts with encrypt() in unistd on FreeBSD

Gaim-Encryption uses a function encrypt() defined in
cryptproto.c which conflicts with the one declared in
unistd.h on FreeBSD. Renaming the encrypt() in
cryptoproto.h, cryptproto.c, gpg.c and rsa_ssl.c seems
to do the trick.
