#2 "Device" (CPU) field should allow arbitrary input

Currently, the value for "Device" in the Compiler\General Settings can only be selected from a limited list of CPUs contained in a combobox.

I tried to enter the 33FJ256GP710 device and had to change plugin.xml in the plugin .jar-File to achieve this.

Since keeping the list up to date is probably too much work, it would help to simply allow entering custom values (e.g. into a textfield).
