#1 xxxFAMILY keywords not supported

Pilrc supports the ICONFAMILY, SMALLICONFAMILY and
BITMAPFAMILY keywords. It appears that piBuilder
doesn't support them. These keywords are required to
allow PalmOS to automatically select at runtime a
bitmap of appropriate depth dependent on the target
device.

I have a copy of Delphi and can add these features if
no one else is working on it.
