The Phoenix Mail Spell Checker does not work. This
version of the Spell Checker will not be fixed.
The problem with the Spell Checker is that it uses an
evaluation version of a commercial ActiveX control.
That particular control is no longer working for one
reason or another (it really doesn't matter).
There will be a new spell checker in the future that
will be compliant with the Open Source license. It is
not known when the new spell checker will be available.

The spell checker has been removed from Phoenix Mail as of version 0.93.00 Beta 5.
