#84 try catch can not work on some server

PHP xmlrpc 3.0 can not work on my server and the error is:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '{' in /home/talk10/public_html/plugins/dabandeng/mobiquo/lib/xmlrpcs.inc on line 1109

I found at the issue line is just a 'try'. When I removed try-catch code and just leave code in try, everything works well.
Can you help to check why? I also found the same problem on some other servers.

The only way I can see this happening is if you run the library on php version 4, where exceptions are not defined.
If this is the case, please stick to version 2 of the library - version 3 is only compatible with php5
