I'm trying to back-up the Wiki on one machine and import the db onto another. I was able to back-up the db using mysqldump, but can't get the mysqlimport to work properly. Anyone have experience in this?

from which version to which version?
if it's using the same database prefix (default: none) and the same phpwiki version it should be no problem at all.
newer versions might some manual tuning: some new fields, indices and tables.
