Somewhere not work the link blocking... This is examples:
http://lemtrans.com.ua/wiki/index.php/SandBox - normal
http://lemtrans.com.ua/wiki/index.php/test1 - bug

Both pages has identical formatting (translating of
tips from edit page). But SandBox was createt by
capitalised name, as i understand, the test1 was
created by [].

Used: Apache/1.3.14, PHP/4.1.1, mysqld Ver 3.23.44 for
-freebsd4.4 on i386. Charset "windows-1251" (for russian).

If it is not bug, but can be solved by some extra
