Initial Release

Hello Everyone, Currently at the present time I'd consider this Alpha at best. I've been doing some heavy testing over the past few days with many peers connected to it, and it seems to be handling great! Just finished the BEncoding intergration, and Client Black Listing. IP Blacklisting is coming soon.
