#44 better cache support

It would be nice if there was hooks for easy use of a
page cache system like jpcache. It's easy to use
jpcache for anonymous users in the default language.
Just need checks for this state.

Possibly think about incorporating jpcache into
phpSlash with db storage as a default. Enable file
storage optionally.

Agreed! looking into jpcache it looks very cool. Would
love to do this, though I feel that both file and db
storage options should be availible and selected with a
config option. The point of a cache is to lessen load, if
the load is on the db, db storage seems to not help.
