This is phpslash-0.7.1 on:
Server: Apache/1.3.27 (Unix) PHP/4.2.3
X-Cache: jpcache v2.0.0rc1 - phplib

Steps to reproduce:
1) In the "Body Text" area of the story, type:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
2) Press Preview (or Save) and watch it become:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESoftwareMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionRun

Similarly,
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\Software\\Microsoft\\Windows\\CurrentVersion\\Run
will become
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

But if you edit the story without changing all the \ back to \\. they get "eaten" again. To be clear, it's
not just in the Preview/Story View area they're eaten,
they dissapear from the editing area as well, forcing
you to re-add the second \ every time you edit the story.

Thanks!
