#75 Export of DDL to create a table

I know you can go to PSQL level and extract the DDL for
tables but it would be real sweet if that feature was
brought back to the current release of phpPgAdmin.

You used to have it...I recall something about problems
in the quality or validity of its output but I never had
problems with it...perhaps include it with a big
WARNING...MAY BE INCOMPLETE/INVALID at the top of
the page!!

OK, I have just made the commit to CVS that enabled table
structure dumps in phpPgAdmin. In a few days when
SourceForge actually updates their anonymous CVS mirror,
you will be able to get the CVS version and test the dump
feature for me.

Please, please, please give this new feature some testing for
me. Let me know if you find any bugs.
