#452 Fail the authentification

Hi, I create an account on heliohost one week ago but until now I can't use phpPgAdmin because when I put my login and password the webpage of phpPdAdming always show me the message "Fail the authentification". I try with the heliohost account and with the account who I build on PostgreSQL Database buth in the both cases the answer is the same.

PD. I can create databases and account users, my problem been happening when I try to uuse phpPgAdmin.
