binary encoding of marc dropped, i dont use chr(29),
chr(30), chr(31)

im trying to use ^|# separators.

in all catalog encodign of phpmylibrary to value the
existence of dollar signs and to follow the suggestion
of gener to use non-binary encoding in database.
