phpmyfamily 1.4.2 released

phpmyfamily version 1.4.2 has been released today. This is an interim security bugfix release and can be downloaded from https://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=110402&package_id=119221&release_id=560275

Please note that the 2 security fixes are very minor and in many cases are automatically stopped by modern versions of PHP (depending upon configuration). I have also released upgrade files 1.4.1-1.4.2 with only the changed files in them.
