#15 Configuration Exception

Hi there,
i have sometimes an strange error (look at attechment).
My CodesnifferPlugin works fine, then i restart my Netbeans IDE, and all tasks changes to "Configuration Exception".
When i look at the IDE LOG, i get this error:

Have anyone this error too?
Are there notices on your Codsniffer-Files too?
Are the notices the reason for the "org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: Content is not allowed in prolog." Exception?

Have anyone a idea?

excuse me, i have got the error by my self :-)

on an file i have russian signs, and the file couldn't be opened in utf8 correctly ( i get a warning from netbeans, after open it).

then the function iconv_strlen() throws an notice, because the sign is an illegal character.
I wonder how the notice is shown because my php.ini is set to
error_reporting = E_ALL & ~E_NOTICE & ~E_DEPRECATED

then i look at C:\xampp\php\phpcs and see the following line 18:

error_reporting(E_ALL | E_STRICT);

Now i could change my settings at this point.
But the bad thing is that the plugin shows an exception for every codesniffer task even though there is only an error at this one file.

Is there a possibilty to try catch this? And show the other Tasks correctly, so that the whole task doesn't show the configuration exception error?

We all would life in a better world of only digits from 0 to 9 and a to z would exists ;)

Well at this time the exception handling is not so fine, i'll try to indroduce a better one with the next release.
