I downloaded this package and make a little test on the horizontal bar. Works fine, nice job... .
Then, I changed a little my css and for the class .horbar and .subframe as a background I put an image instead of a color. This change was ok for Opera, Firefox, Konqueror but wasn't fine for IE : while I surf on the items, each time I pass from one to the other item, my background (image) blicked (transparent and then image background). I must say it is not very nice for users.
Is this problem known ? Is there a way to fix it or is it only linked to IE ?
