In my opinion, the ticket detail textbox is rather
smallish, there is a lot of room to make it wider.

An option to see -instead of all the open tickets- just
the tickets assigned to you would be very useful.

Search doesn't search all fields; in particular the
additions to a ticket (like adding parts, etc.) are not
searchable, I mean, not found ;-)

When returning to the main overview, the sort order is
always reset to default (by priority, number). It
would be nice to be able to keep the previous setting
instead (like by assignee, or department).

There is a bug where the number of open tickets at the
top-right isn't correct. The number of the "total
tickets displayed" at the bottom does give the right
number of tickets though.

A user that was given full rights still cannot assign
new companies
to an existing user, the box at the left remains empty.
Only admin can, in that case the lacking names are
displayed. Is that a bug or a feature, i.e. is a user
with full rights equal to admin, or not ?

Last but not least, a security issue (IMHO):
Any user can trivially view all tickets when using the
"search" function and a well-chosen term (like "e" or
something), no matter whether he/she is assigned to
that company (=is allowed to view said tickets)...
