#32 Pending cancellation status and grace setting

Currently cancelled games just disappear and you can only see that it has been cancelled by reading the "Notices" column on the home page. Hypothetically that info may end up at the bottom and maybe not be observed.
My suggestion is that games past due registration time can be given a grace period of say one week, customizable through the register game interface, and status pending cancellation. That way a game just missing one player may get the last straggler needed and need not begin anew.
Additionally cancelled games could be shown for a week or so as cancelled (and locked) on the "My games" page. or even in the new games listing just in case a player has missed the status update in the notices column.
