Can we add some functions in phpCVSView just like
CVSTrac or Mantis?

CVSTrac and Mantis are both wonderful trackers based on
CVS. I used them before. I recommend you to aim at CVSTrac.

I believe that the possibilities you are refering to with
regards to the functionality of these projects is certainly
possible within the framework of phpCVSView.

I would most likely expect that these would be features to
be considered for the Version 2.0 stream once we finalise
the V1.0 stream. The reason for this comment is that for the
2.0 stream I hope to have full web based CVS client
operatability and would be the ideal time to link in that
sort of functionality, whilst the V1.0 functionality is
aiming at read only access to the repository.
