I create all of my mysql databases with UPPER case
letters in the table names and field names so that they
are more compatible when they get moved to Oracle.
However, PCG seemed to modify the cases when I
generated the code. Consider the following URL that
generated a 404 error on my linux server (case
sensitive). I also encountered similar problems in the
previous version of codegenie when I would call my key
field ID, but codegenie would form the URLs like
http://site.com?page.php?id=1, when it really needed to
be http://site.com?page.php?ID=1

I second this... running Apache 2.0, probably not a noticable
issue for IIS.
