Sorry for the long delay between releases but 0.4.0 will be added shortly...
The main reason for the delay was due to people copying the code and removing the copyright and of course replacing it their own... This will no doubt continue but what can we do....
0.4.0 is a pre-RC version and of things go well RC1 will follow very quickly...
A substantial amount of updated, mod and fixes have been added... Now, if remember how to upload to sourceforge I will add 0.4.0 within days...

Your pre-release code looks like equal to other portals out there. Did you copy some code of their portals into yours sometimes?
