#2 missing configure script in distribution

The code for 1.2 does not compile due to a missing
configure script. I had to manually create a Makefile
from scratch, which took several hours, in order to get
this stuff to compile. I'm using a stock Red Hat 7.3
Linux box.

To create the ./configure, run phpize inside php-screw
extrated directory.
Note that phpize is contained in the package php-devel.
