#9 Split address into add1,2,city,state,zip

I've split the table element "address" into addressa, addressb, city, state, zip explicitly (same for second address) which made exporting and importing functions less prone to errors -- there is no guesswork anymore. However, this would not be compatible with the current code base because the database itself has different table elements.... I've reworked all import/export/view/add/edit/map functions to work though a few tiny tweaks would be needed in each language file (other than English, which I've already done). Not sure if anyone wants this or how/where to upload the alternative..
