It's about time this puppy started updating the hostiles
list automatically. About once a week should be good for
starters, and I have three fast web locations to back up
your download point.

http://www3.telus.net/Aaron_Walkhouse/hostilehosts.gz

http://www3.telus.net/public/walkhoub/hostilehosts.gz

http://www.video-gamer91.com/hostilehosts.gz

I've set up these three locations for testing. Give the
word and I'll add them to my normal production run
alongside the LimeWire/BearShare "Hostiles.zip". Since
there's very little difference between the files, adding
the Phex version is trivially easy.

The users should then be able to select "update from web" with the option of selecting the URL or choose "use shipped version", because else it would be trivial for an ISP to just spoof the address, and all Phex' would download a false block-list.

Pretty unlikely, but you could have Phex call home for info on a few
trusted addresses and present the choices with the closest on top.

Also, it should be easy enough to have a sanity check make sure the
downloaded list is not unusually small.
