#1 graceful "404-type" errors on the interface

A graceful error message is needed when the user requests 'http://kb.phenoscape.org/abc' where 'abc' is an invalid string.

Currently the user is returned a very unfriendly page that says: "Routing Error. No route matches "abc" with {:method=>:get}"
