#3 can start fight with 0 HP

Right now if you have 0 HP then you can still start a
fight.

I think the way to handle this is to make dying more
expensive.
For example, if you lose 10% XP or 3 levels when you
die, then
players will be a LOT less likely to start a fight when
they have
just 1-5 HP. Also, when players die, they should be
ressurected
with 1 HP and get "zapped" to their homeland or Gornath to
be reborn.
