To have some other PostgreSQL extensions built into the installer like PostGIS, encryption, full text indexation and stuff like that.
Personal preference goes to PostGIS and systems that would allow storage of encrypted Unicode text.

I heartily second the inclusion of PostGIS into the basic installation and the option of including it in template1 as part of the install.
