#5 Partial Download naming.

My most serious problem is that I don't easily know
when a file has finished downloading by looking at the
drive (i.e. doing ls -l). It would be very convenient
if, while it was downloading, it used the name
"myfile.mp3.part" to indicate that it's a partial file,
then when finished it would name it the final name
(like "myfile.mp3"). Ideally, this should work for both
bittorrent files as well.
