The Timeline's window covers up the remove keyframe, duplicate keyframe, and frames per second input and text when the user designates the timeline window as a seperate floating window and reduces it to its smallest allowed size.

1. Run Pencil v0.5 latest build.
2. Tear the timeline window away from its docked panel to a windowed mode.
3. Selecting the bottom right corner reduce the size of the window to the smallest size possible.
4. Observe the screen.

Result:
The Timeline's window covers up the remove keyframe, duplicate keyframe, and frames per second input and text.

Expected Result:
I expected the timeline window to have a restricted minimum size that would display all the basic button features.

Additional notes:
There are carrots that indicate clicking on them would show the rest but those do not work.

The issue is still consistent with the new build from the rollback and restructuring of v0.5 however there are also graphical issues with buttons being cut off and disappearing from the window when it is reduced to too small of a size.
