ideally peers work with a sip server. It can also work pc to pc without server, but in this case you have to call using the ip address of the callee and this is not very user friendly. If it's not a problem for you you can call using sip:192.168.1.2:6060 for example. 6060 is the sip port number of the callee, configured in peers.xml.

peers must be need Sip Server? can it work just in network, like. pc to pc
