#1 Cannot Run on .Net

When I open the solution and try to run it in .Net I get
the following build errors:

-New Folder\Portable Device Sync\frmPDS.vb(463):
Type 'XpStyles.Create' is not defined.

-The referenced component 'XpStyles' could not be
found.

In the reference area I have a yellow caution sign on
the XPStyles ref. What file is this reference to and is it
included? / where can I get it?
