#71 Improvements to PLplot documentation

The attached patch to PDL::Graphics::PLlot improves the documentation describing how to display and format date/time series on the x/y-axis labels.

This took a bit of digging through the plplot api documentation and some questions on the PDL mailing list. It primarily adds documentation of the "d" flag for X/YBOX which appears in the plplot api docs, but not the PDL docs.
