#273 Xircom XE2000 Transmission troubles

I have a Xircom XE2000 PCCard that release 3.2
correctly recognizes on insertion. However, it seems
to only be able to transmit/receive packets maybe 1 in
6 times of inserting the driver.

The module correctly sees the card, and the link light
will come on, but using a network sniffer to monitor
the network shows that the card is not transmitting
when I ask it to ping the monitor machine. So
basically, the card is only correctly initialized some
of the times.

I know that there are many open bugs about this series
of cards/driver, and that currently there is no
maintainer for the card, but I just wanted to give more
information about problems that are seen with this
driver for anyone who might feel intersted in taking on
the challenge.
