#373 add support for 'Alt+enter' and context key

Two handy keyboard shortcuts once available in 0.5.x are missing in 0.9.x series

1. the context key( among right alt and right ctrl ) can be used to popup context menu, equivalent to rirht-clicking of mouse.

2. 'Alt + enter' can be used to show the properties dialog of selected items. Almost every filemanager I have used support this 'stardard' shortcut.

Without these two shortcuts, It's impractical to use pcmanfm with keyboard only.

    The first one works in both window and desktop modes.
    The second one works in desktop mode only, have to be fixed in 1.0.1.
