#117 Import function for CSV files

I know many people how have learning lists in Excel files. So am I :o)

It is very annoying to import these files with the actual import function. Therefore I think it would be very helpful if there where a possibility to import these Excel files to Pauker - e.g. possibility to import “.csv” files.

Opening CSV files with Pauker is supported since ages. Please read section "2.7. Import and Export Lessons" of the fine Pauker manual.
