#31 @example tag

Add an example tag that would act exactly like the
@longcode tag but will also put "Example :" before the
code.

In other words, a shortcut for this :

@bold(Example :)
@longcode(#
...

)

Also, when in html output, it would be nice if the
@longcode tag uses an iframe in case of very long lines
of code.
