configure: error: C++ compiler cannot create
executables
See `config.log' for more details.

So I can't compile/install par2cmdline. Gpar2 has the
same problem.
I'm running Suse 10.1. It's a quite clean installation
so I assume this problem is on all Suse 10.1
installations.
