I know this will sound strange request, but I am still making it.
Heres what I want:
The first part is where you create your user name and your information. This part is used for things like OOC stuff and other ideas like the OOC chat and OOC room.
The second one is after you loged into your account to create as many characters that the admins allows you to. And all of that will be IC stuff. And the admins could choose to award you seperate characters depening on how well you have done inside the game.
