#220 Main window is open with every new connection window

Since yesterday I upgraded from 4.5.3.2 to 4.5.4, everytime I open a new PAC window (local shell or remote connection) the main window is open too. I'm not having the problem reported at bug 123 (https://sourceforge.net/p/pacmanager/bugs/213/) since the main window is not blank, just that the main window is open.
