The part of the bug (really, they were two separate bugs, but why quibble?) that was responsible for the mode and submode not working properly has been fixed. (The command line arguments weren't being handled properly when the number of arguments was lower than expected. BTW, what about the number of arguments being higher than expected?)
What about the csound 'part' of the bug? If it has been fixed, then the explanation of why it happened and how it was fixed should appear as a comment here. Also, if both 'parts' have been fixed, the status should be 'closed'.
